We had a good meeting last night for our discussion of the excellent book, The Age of American Reason by Susan Jacoby. Thank you Harriett for that recommendation.
In April we are going to discuss the Constitution and Declaration of Independence. The recommended book is The Annotated U.S. Constitution and Declaration of Independence, by Jack Rakove. However, if you are not inclined to read that book, just read something on the topic, or the source documents themselves, and come join the discussion. We are going to meet on Wednesday evening, April 21, 6:30 PM in the food court at Colony Mill Marketplace. I hope you can join us. And, we are always looking for suggestions for our next book, from members of the group, or others. Please let me know if you've read something interesting that you think the book group might enjoy.
